You can now notify Star Health Insurance about your reimbursement claim directly through their online platform. Whether your hospitalisation is planned in advance or happens unexpectedly, you can submit your reimbursement claim anytime using any of the four available online options.
This guide will walk you through the simple steps to submit or notify a reimbursement claim with Star Health Insurance.

1. Say 'Hi' on our WhatsApp Number - 95976 52225
2. Select Claims
3. Select File a Claim
4. Select Health Claim
5. Select Yes
6. Select Health
7. Select Policy Number
8. Enter the Policy Number
9. Enter the Intimator's Contact Number
10. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number
11. Enter your Email ID
12. Enter the Attender's Mobile Number
13. Select the Insured Person Name
14. Enter the Reason for Admission
15. Enter the Hospital Admission Date
16. Select Medical Treatment (or For a Surgery)
17. Select All
18. Enter the Pincode
19. Click Hospital List
20. Select your Hospital from the list
21. Select Confirm
22.Your Claim Intimation Number will appear now

1. Visit www.starhealth.in
2. Click Claims> select Claims from the drop-down list
3. Select Claims Intimation
4. Select Health Claim
5. Select Policy Type Health from the drop-down list
6. Enter the required details in the Basic Info page
7. Select Claim Type Reimbursement from the drop-down list
8. Click Authorize
9. Enter the OTP > click Verify
10. Enter the required details on the Admission Info page
11. Click Select Hospital
12. Enter the Pincode > select All > click Search
13. Select the Hospital from the hospital search list > click Submit
14. Click Review & Submit
15. Click Submit to get your Claim Intimation Number (or Edit to modify your details)
16. A Success message will appear with your Claim Intimation Number
**Note down the Claim Intimation Number for your future reference.

1. Download Star Health App from Google Play Store or App Store
2. Log In with your registered Email id and Password
3. Click My Claims
4. Click Register Claim against your policy
5. Enter the required details > Select Claim Type Reimbursement from the drop-down list
6. Click Select Hospital
7. Enter the Pincode > Select All > Click Search
8. Select the Hospital from the hospital search list > click Submit
9. Click Submit to get your Claim Intimation Number
10. A Success message will appear with your Claim Intimation Number
